Donation FAQs
Does Kali’s Wish issue tax receipts?
You do receive a tax receipt when you donate to us. We are proud to partner with Canada Helps and the tax receipts are issued through them for any donation made to Kali’s Wish Cancer Foundation.
Do you accept donations from Canadian and U.S. individuals?
Kali’s Wish will accept donations from around the world. We prefer donations be sent in either Canadian or U.S. dollars, if possible.
It’s best to send your donation online through our Canadian Giving page (with support from Canada Helps), or our U.S. Giving page through PayPal Giving.
We can accept donations from individuals, and companies. Companies may prefer to donate in the form of a sponsorship – we have a number of different options, so contact us for details.
What will my donation be used for?
Your donation will support our work in helping families get through pet cancer. We develop education tools, offer online expert advice and run programs that families can receive free care packages and be connected with a community. Our work ensures that no one faces pet cancer alone. Your donations help us achieve this.
Is my online donation secure?
Yes. We partner with Canada Helps and PayPal Giving in the U.S. and all donations made to us are secure and privacy is protected.
