Feeding raw food to your dog is a high protein diet choice that is very low in carbohydrates. Cancer cells feed off of carbohydrates, and a high protein diet is often recommended to cancer patients.

Feeding raw though is a choice, and its not right for everyone. It’s best to speak with your veterinarian and do research of your own before making the switch with your dog.

Our partners at Instinct have developed information on a raw food diet that is good to review as part of your research.
