Commemorating Beloved Pets Who Have Passed
As of AUGUST 22nd at 9PM MST: We still have some butterflies left, but have closed off the registration form since the event is in 12.5 hours – and we want to make sure we don’t oversell.
PLEASE CONTACT: Holly@KalisWish.org by no later than 7:00 AM MST on Sat, Aug 23, if you’d like to reserve a butterfly. If butterflies are still available, we’ll send you the registration and donation link, which needs to be completed by 7:45 AM MST.
THANK YOU!
JOIN US!
On Saturday, August 23, 2025, you’re invited to gather with fellow pet guardians and families to honour your beloved and forever cherished lost pet by releasing a butterfly in their name to commemorate Rainbow Bridge Day.
A butterfly release ceremony is time-honoured, family-friendly, celebration-of-life tradition to memorialize beloved people and pets who have passed. Delivering (returning) native butterflies to their natural habitat is a peaceful, healing, serene, and meaningful way to pay respect to a lost pet’s memory and legacy while connecting with nature and feeling part of something greater…
Kali’s Wish looks forward to connecting with you and helping you celebrate your lost pet!
*Please note*: As a not-for-profit, Kali’s Wish relies on donations to fund our programs and services – including this event. A donation is required to reserve a butterfly (see below for details). Thank you for your support!
